Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure we have time set aside just for you. Walk-ins are welcome if availability allows, but booked patients are prioritized

At Quest Chiropractic, we believe in making the insurance process as clear and stress-free as possible. We are in network with Medicare and most BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina plans. For patients with other insurance carriers, we are typically considered out of network.
The good news is that we can verify your benefits for you. Before your visit, our team is happy to check your coverage, explain what your plan may include, and help you understand any potential out-of-pocket costs. If you have out-of-network benefits, many plans still allow chiropractic care to be applied toward your deductible or reimbursed at a portion of the allowed amount.
If needed, we can also provide a detailed itemized receipt, often called a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so benefit verification helps avoid surprises.
We do accept Medicare and bill Medicare directly in accordance with their guidelines. Medicare patients are responsible for any applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and any services not covered by Medicare.
If you have questions about your insurance or would like us to verify your benefits, please contact our office. We are always happy to help.
